The New York Times has published two news articles (first, second), as well as an editorial entitled "Hateful Film" in the past 48 hours.

In response, film producer Raphael Shore has issued the following statement:

"We regret that the film has been taken out of the counterterrorism training program of the NYPD. The New York Times stories are proof positive that the Clarion Fund's high-quality and impactful documentaries touch very sensitive nerves.

The Turks in France and everywhere are enraged. They want to deny their war crimes and they want to continue. Just watch as the Coptic Christians get wiped off the face of Egypt, or the non-muslims from Iraq and Afghanistan.

That is the difference between the Turks and the Germans. After the Nazis were overrun, the Germans themselves denounced the genocide that was done to the Jews, Gypsies et al. The Germans paid compensation and made it illegal to deny that these crimes were ever done. I say the Germans have been misled by a madman but as soon as they freed themselves, they did the right thing.

The Turks on the other hand are still led by a madman, mohammed who even in his grave continues to mislead others into hatred. That is why the Turks are not humble enough to say, "We messed up. The Armenians can return and reclaim their lands." These muslims are proud of their murders as they did it in the name of their idol - allah. These muslims have no regrets, no contrition, no sorrow because in their demented minds, they did the right thing and are entitled to the spoils of war - like murdering women and children merits a trophy.

This is why islam and muslims are a threat. Yesterday, it was the Armenian Christians. Today it is the Coptic Christians. Tomorrow it will be the American Christians.

But people still defend muslims in a spirit of multi-culturalism. It is insane. But we must be patient in exposing that this cult or political movement is just as dark and wicked as the Nazis - if not more.

We're fathers, priests, nuns and brothers, high schoolers from Catholic schools, wounded victims of abortion, even challenged folks who were respected and made to live; we're nobodies in the world, not rich, not famous, not powerful.

But we all came to make a stand, to make a difference - even by our mere and lowly presence. Some flew from far away states; I took a long lunch break and rode the metro. And we made it - for the Lord, for our Lady and I know that they saw us and were pleased.

We want to send a message about stopping legalized murder of unborn children. We will adopt them and give money to help raise them. But all we ask is that, in the name of G-d, stop killing the unborn children.

Pity - all that talent being used stupidly and immorally. He talks about the dreams of girls being possible because they can murder their baby. Obama makes MLK turn white in his grave. MLK talked about the content of character and dreamed of that being the measure of a man. To waste an unborn child is to be devoid of character. Such fillicide, murder of an offspring, is not a dream but a nightmare. Going back to Obama. If he cannot figure out if a fetus is human, then he should not be president. People at lower paygrades know for certain, with scientific and medical corroboration that the fetus is human - with inalienable rights from their Creator; right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And if Obama does not get this concept, then he is not worthy of public service. Well perhaps, dog catcher. Dogs don't have inalienable rights.

Barack Obama has outlined a defense strategy for a multitude of state-level challenges to his candidacy on the 2012 presidential ballot in a Georgia case that is scheduled to come before a judge later this month – simply explain that states have nothing to do with the eligibility of presidential candidates.
“Presidential electors and Congress, not the state of Georgia, hold the constitutional responsibility for determining the qualifications of presidential candidates,” Obama’s lawyer argues in a motion to quash a subpoena for him to appear at the hearings Jan. 26.
“The election of President Obama by the presidential electors, confirmed by Congress, makes the documents and testimony sought by plaintiff irrelevant,” the lawyer said.

My comment:
In short, he's saying he earned the right to be president because he was able to fool those folks and work the system. And once he's been made, then no one can unmake him - despite the overwhelming evidence, despite the truth and the reality.

If we can take a page from the Catholic sacrament playbook, we can use the analogy of marriage and the impediments to it. If someone is still married, he cannot remarry period. So, if someone lies and goes through the ceremony, his marriage is invalid. It is null and void. He is incapable of contracting marraige because of that impediment.

The qualifications for the presidency are clearly defined in the Constitution. So, if Obama is not qualified then he is not qualified regardless of who says so. If someone who is ineligible has been elected, then that election does not make him eligible because, he cannot even run for the office to begin with. Obama is barred from even participating. So, his election is null and void by virtue of the highest law in the land.

Unless they amend the Constitution to say that the electoral college can exempt a candidate from the eligibility requirements, the his defense is lame and even shameful. What will that say about us as a nation? If we can cheat and win, then that's OK? If we can bribe and fool the electoral college, then the States who form the union should just suck it up? No way Jose.

So, we clearly have a usurper to the executive office. How long will he stay? If we got away with cheating to be elected, he can get away with cheating to stay in power. And that I think is why gun sales are up.

Within the past three months, nine women have been abducted and forcibly converted to Islam. MPA Javed adds that the purpose is not to gain good deeds, but to sell them. A majority of the Christian girls converted are married, he says.

According to reports he received from different areas of the city, the abducted women are later sold to feudal lords in Sindh and Punjab. Citing a recent example, Javed says that in Essa Nagri, a 23-year-old married girl was forcibly remarried to a 60-year-old Muslim man, who was notorious for selling girls.

Javed said that the man was known to be pious, but had a side business of selling Christian girls. He says many people apart from him knew the truth. The only information that the family received was by a phone call through which they were informed by somebody that their girl is in Punjab.

He points out that there is a judgment by the Lahore High Court which clearly states that a “married Christian woman cannot be remarried to a Muslim even if converted,” but these cases do not even go to the police to be challenged in the high courts.

Imperfect but electable?

There's the meme that promotes Romney as an imperfect but electable nominee. It is really dubious where that comes from as it could be from the opponent themselves.

It appears that Romney is a strawman in the making. The Liberal media and everyone else backs off from knocking him now so that he will emerge as the GOP nominee. Then as Obama has declared the election is going to be about class warfare and Romney is going to be knocked out as a silver spooned poster child of the uncaring and out of touch 1%.

And given his track record, he is not that far from Obama. So, if he does get elected, then the country is not that much better off because, he is Obama-lite. But people really want anyone but Obama or Obama-lite for that matter. So, Romney may not be really electable - as the media make him out to be.

Instead, why not go for the gold and take someone who does not speak from both sides of his mouth or flips flops to say whatever the hearers want to hear. Sanctorum is a principled and honest person who is just as electable as any.

We don't really have to choose between two evils. Why follow the scripts that the Liberals write for us?

I still can’t believe this. The order is in the link above. Judge Malihi, Deputy Chief judge of the Administrative court in GA, ruled, that Obama’s motion to dismiss is denied. He will have to stand trial and prove his eligibility for office.

This is particularly sweet, as it is happening in GA, where judge Clay D. Land maligned me so badly and attacked me with $20,000 of sanctions in order to silence me, to stop me from challenging Obama. Judge Land was sending a message to other attorneys and intimidating them, de facto telling them, “you dare to go after Obama, raise the issue of his forged birth certificate and invalid Social Secrity number, establishment will attack you and sanction you, just like attorney Taitz”
Now judge Malihi is sending a message: “nobody is above the law”
I am filing a motion for judicial notice in the other 5 courts, where I have cases. Please, spread the word.

As Secretary of State Hillary Clinton welcomes Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu to Washington this week, it is critical that Americans pay attention to what these two leaders intend to do. From 12 to 14 December 2011, working teams from the Department of State (DoS) and the OIC are going to discuss implementation mechanisms that could impose limits on freedom of speech and expression.

The OIC's purpose, as stated explicitly in its April 2011 4th Annual Report on Islamophobia, is to criminalize "incitement to hatred and violence on religious grounds." Incitement is to be defined by applying the "test of consequences" to speech. Under this twisted perversion of falsely "yelling 'fire' in a crowded theater," it doesn't matter what someone actually says -- or even whether it is true or not; if someone else commits violence and says it's because of something that person said, the speaker will be held criminally liable.

A person is responsible for his acts irregardless of the provocation or inspiration. Unless he is insane, he can critically appraise the ideas presented and freely decide to commit or omit certain actions. Rabid wanton acts of violence cannot be justified by rage - not in a civilized and rational society.
Nonetheless, truth is being replaced by falsehood to support a cause. Rational thought is subverted by the end as justifying the means.

In fact, the "test of consequences" is already being applied rigorously in European media and courts, where any act or threat of violence -- whether by a jihadist, insane person, or counter-jihadist -- is defined as a "consequence" of statements that are critical of some aspect of Islam and, therefore, to be criminalized. Recent trials of Dutch political leader Geert Wilders, Austrian free speech champion Elizabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff, and Danish Islamic expert Lars Hedegaard (as well as the witch hunt for "instigators" that followed the murderous attacks by Norwegian blogger Anders Behring Brevik) all attest to the extent of these "hate speech" laws' oppressive pall over what is left of the European Enlightenment.

Bottom line, if the US government will decide to go along with this travesty of justice and eclipse of reason and sensibility, then the people who are all endowed with reason and freedom will see through this treason and take to the streets in defense of truth, justice and freedom much like the English are doing now.

In war, truth is the first casualty. So regardless of what the government does, the truth about islam and muslims will not be silenced.

There's the old line we all know. When you're in a hole, stop digging.

But the digging does not stop.

It's Friday afternoon and the media go to hear Muslim imam Syed Soharwardy.

He promises he will "clarify" his recent statements.

His words come earlier this week after Jason Kenney, the federal immigration minister, rules Muslim women cannot wear any face covering while taking the oath of citizenship.

Kenney says he's heard from judges, MPs and others at citizenship ceremonies who maintain it's hard to tell if the veiled individuals are actually reciting the oath.

Kenney finds the idea of taking an oath of citizenship behind a veil "bizarre."

Interviewed by the press, Soharwardy is quoted saying: "Muslims are going through that situation right now where the Jews faced before the Holocaust."

"Because of intimidation of their faith, badmouthing about their faith, badmouthing about their book, badmouthing about their beliefs — that was going on in Germany before the Holocaust."

"The same thing is happening now about Muslims."

What does this sound like to you, the reader?

Probably the same as many others since the words set off an outcry from Jews, from Muslims, from Canadians of all creeds and no creeds.

There's nothing like a comparision between the treatment of Canadian Muslims and what Jews in Germany faced before the Holocaust. It's so wrong.

And Canadians fought the Nazis and many of our boys didn't come home.

Yes, it is true there is the bonehead chorus of hate-filled idiots who spew their anti-Muslim garbage behind the anonymity of the Internet.

Thankfully they stay largely in the shadows and their vitriol is discounted by all but the axe-grinding stupid among us.

With all this in mind, on Friday, Soharwardy has a choice.

He can recant, apologize, express regret. He can choose whatever act of contrition he likes.

He can even say he misspoke.

But he does not.

He takes another defence, used often in the past but hard to get past a public these days who have heard it all.

It's the Taken Out of Context defence. You know, it's where the words are said to be misinterpreted by the hearer. It's just what you thought I said, not what I said.

So Soharwardy begins down that road.

He says he never compared to the Muslim situation to the Holocaust.

No, he says he compares the condition of Muslims here today with a moment in the past when some people started hating Jews which the imam says could be 50 years or 70 years or 100 years before the Holocaust.

Oh yes, he says what he means by "before the Holocaust" is really some undefined time long before the Holocaust but not just before the Holocaust.

If your hear hairs splitting, don't grab for the conditioner.

The cleric, who maintains he is related by blood to the biblical Abraham, says he's "very sensitive to Jewish miseries" and has an excellent relationship with the Jewish community in Calgary.

He insists Canada is the best place on Earth and not a Nazi state. Gee thanks.

Soharwardy then says what he really means is there's a "very negative and very hateful and alarming" trend of treatment towards Muslims here and if it continues they will have a "major hard time" in Canada soon and face "a situation that will be very, very horrible."

This is where the veil comes in.

He attacks Kenney's show-your-face decision as "absolutely unnecessary."

Soharwardy figures only 1 in 200 Muslim women cover their faces so it's no big deal but Kenney's move put all Muslims "in a hot seat" and some Canadians will view adherents of Islam as "very backward, uncivilized, inhuman and misogynistic."

A persistent scribbler keeps asking the Muslim cleric whether he will simply retract, apologize or express regret as we don't seem to be getting anywhere.

"I regret the interpretation," he says.

He regrets many Canadians misinterpreted him. That is his final offer. He will be meeting with a local Jewish group.

Interesting aside. Soharwardy actually reserves his most impassioned words for those Muslim critics who denounced him this week.

Soharwardy says their words come from "animosity and jealousy." Islam is divided and the imam says a majority of mosques are under the Wahhabis.

The Wahhabis are a branch of Islam dominant in Saudi Arabia.

"All Wahhabis are not terrorists but every terrorist, every suicide bomber has been a Wahhabi."

Wonder how they'll interpret that?

Newt acknowledged what everyone knew all along about the Palestinians. Israeli Jewish pundits like Caroline Glick have a more purist approach. They call a spade a spade, a non-entity as such and the Palestininans as a terrorist group of Arabs masquerading as some indigenious people who have rights to that patch of dessert that Jews call home.

I am more in favor of a truthful approach instead of playing along with a lie. It is more challenging and the Muslims will certainly oppose it. But the lie is just as bad and is only a slow and diplomatic way to push Israel out to the sea. The map of the Paletinians make no room for the Jewish state.

That said, Caroline Glick provides ideas on the way forward, this time with clear ideas that the Palestinians are who they are - illegitimate people with no rights to the land, Muslim terrorists whose only goal is to annihilate Israel. It is refreshing to snap out of this farce and build on a solid foundation i.e. the truth.

According to the JW blogger, Univision documentary is the result of a seven-month investigative report in which college-aged Mexicans infiltrated diplomatic circles in Mexico to obtain recordings that prove diplomats from Iran, Venezuela and Cuba planned a cybernetic attack against the White House, FBI, Pentagon and U.S. nuclear plants.
The documentary reportedly features secret video taken by extremists linked to Iran and footage from an undercover journalist who infiltrated Venezuelan military camps where terrorists trained. The news network’s investigative team also tracked the expansion of Iranian interests in the hemisphere, including money-laundering and drug-trafficking activities by terrorist groups supported by Iran, the Judicial Watch blog detailed.
A segment of the often shocking documentary is allegedly dedicated to the connection between Mexican drug cartels and the foiled plot to murder the Saudi ambassador in Washington D.C. a few months ago. One of the Iranians charged had been ordered by that country’s Special Forces to travel to Mexico to recruit members of the notorious drug cartel “Los Zetas” to carry out the plot.
The massive scheme against U.S. government information and computer systems had been in the works years earlier, the documentary reveals.
The ties between Middle Eastern terrorists and Latin America are nothing new, though specific plots against the U.S. from the region have likely not been exposed in this manner. Since 1982 Cuba has appeared on the State Department’s list of countries that have repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism, which means restrictions on U.S. foreign assistance, a ban on defense exports and sales and other financial restrictions.
Earlier this year the Congressional Research Service (CRS), which examines issues for federal lawmakers, published a report on Latin American terrorist concerns to the United States. According to the Judicial Watch blog, the CRS report points out that, while Latin America has not been the focal point of the U.S. war on terrorism, the region has struggled with domestic terrorism for decades and international terrorist groups have used it as a battle ground to advance their causes.
The report specifically mentions Iran’s increasing activities in Latin America in its attempt to circumvent U.S. sanctions as well as its ties to the radical Lebanon-based Islamic group Hezbollah. In the past, both the Law Enforcement Examiner and Judicial Watch reported on several occasions that Hezbollah and other terrorist groups are active south of the border.
In fact, the CRS report quotes a separate State Department antiterrorism document that says the U.S. remains concerned that sympathizers of Hezbollah and the Sunni Muslim Palestinian group Hamas are raising money among the sizable Middle Eastern communities in the tri-border area of Argentina.

KHUSHPUR, Pakistan, DEC. 6, 2011 (Zenit.org).- A young Pakistani woman, 18-year-old Mariah Manisha, (also reported as Amariah Masih) is being hailed as a martyr. A Catholic, she was kidnapped by a Muslim man.
The young woman from the village of Tehsil Samundari in Punjab province, was shot dead by 28-year-old Arif Gujjar, a Muslim.
Some reports say she was shot when she resisted an attempt to rape her; others say she was killed when she refused to convert to Islam so that the man could marry her.
Father Zafal Iqbal, a Catholic priest from Khushpur, where the young woman's family live, told the news agency Fides that "the girl resisted, she did not want to convert to Islam and she did not marry the man, who killed her for this. She is a martyr."
Father Khalid Rashid Asi, general vicar of the diocese of Faisalabad said: "It is very sad, Christians, often girls, are helpless victims."
According to Asia News the man responsible for the woman's death has been arrested by police. Guijar is the son of a wealthy landowner.
Manisha's funeral was celebrated by Father Zafal Iqbal, who told Asia News: "Wealthy and influential landowners often take aim at tthose who are marginalized and vulnerable, for their dirty interests."

The left is trying to destroy Cain with a miasma of hazy accusations leveled by three troubled women. Considered individually, the accusations are utterly unbelievable. They are even less credible taken together. This is how liberals destroy a man, out of nothing. ...

The first one was Sharon Bialek, who claimed that Cain grabbed her crotch in a car. Then we found out Bialek was in constant financial trouble, had been involved in a paternity lawsuit, was known as a "gold digger," had a string of debts and had twice filed for personal bankruptcy. Also, she admitted she knew Obama's dirty tricks specialist, David Axelrod. Her personal history is relevant because she produced no evidence....

The second one, Karen Kraushaar, made unspecified allegations of a "hostile environment" when she was working for Cain, but refuses to say what those allegations were. This despite the fact that the National Restaurant Association waived her confidentiality agreement, thus allowing her to go public.

Cain said he had once told Kraushaar she was as tall as his wife – which would be one of the more worthy sexual harassment claims settled by an American company in recent years.

Why won't she say? We're not talking about rape. Kraushaar can't say, "I don't want to relive being told I was the same height as his wife!" With all the nonsense that passes for a "hostile environment," either Kraushaar tells us what Cain allegedly did, or her blind accusation is worth less than nothing.

As if that weren't enough, then it turned out that Kraushaar had also filed a complaint at her next job just three years later, charging that a manager had circulated a sexually explicit joke email comparing computers to men and women. She demanded a raise and the right to work at home.

And now we have Ginger White stepping forward to claim that she had a 13-year affair with Cain. Cain admits he was friends with White, but he categorically, adamantly denies having an affair with her.

White has the whole combo-platter of questionable accuser attributes: She's another financially troubled, twice-divorced, unemployed single mother, who has claimed sexual harassment in the past, declared bankruptcy once, was accused of stalking and had a libel judgment entered against her just this year. So far in 2011, she's had nine liens put on her property.

But we're supposed to ignore all of that because she's the third woman of questionable character to make an implausible allegation. Liberals say there's a pattern, but the only pattern is of their making far-fetched accusations of a sexual nature against Cain.

White's proof that she had a 13-year affair is that she has two of Cain's books signed by him – one with the incriminating inscription, "Friends are forever! Everything else is a bonus," and the other, "Miss G, you have already made a 'big difference!' Stay focused as you pursue your next destination." ....
Also, White produced evidence that Cain had texted or called her cell phone 61 times during four non-consecutive months – but did not reveal what those texts said. ...

Ginger White claims she had a 13-year affair with Cain – and all she has are two books with inscriptions that could have been written to an auto mechanic who waited in line at a Cain book signing. Even her business partner during the alleged affair says White never mentioned Cain's name.

These women are like triple-A ball players with the stats being: number of bankruptcies, smallest bank account, number of liens, most false claims, number of children out of wedlock, degrees of separation from David Axelrod, total trips to human resources and so on.

That wouldn't be dispositive – except for the fact that their only evidence is their word.

But this is how liberals dirty you up when they've got nothing: They launch a series of false accusations, knowing that Americans with busy lives won't follow each story to the end and notice that they were all blind alleys.

The liberal media is an old story, but it's still a big story when it comes to creating the impression of scandal out of thin air.
