This is a song from Danielle Rose's album titled "Mysteries" on which she wrote a song for every mystery of the holy Rosary. This is the song she wrote for the first joyful mystery, the Annunciation.
My comments:
Today we celebrate the Annunciation which is not only the announcement that God has chosen Mary to bear His Son but also the acceptance of Mary to go along with the program. And when she gave her fiat to the angel, she conceived Jesus while remaining a virgin. This was done through the Holy Spirit and today God became incarnate, a man. He is Emmanuel - "God with us".
(So, 9 months from now, we celebrate the birth of the Messiah on Christmas.)
