Why is the USAF getting set to strike Syria even before Congress approves it? UK House of Commons votes DOWN military strike on Syria.

I can see UK's House of Commons debating, discussing, deciding and voting down a military strike against Syria.  But here it's as though Obama can and will do it on his own contrary to the War Powers Act in the US Constitution - without a peep from Congress. 



It appears that Obama has planned to do this all along regardless.  And America lets him.  Why?  I for one object.

Video: Syrian Rebels Exposed. Testing Chemical Weapons to Use on Civilians

This video appeared on YouTube yesterday showing what appears to be a rebel group in Syria testing a chemical combination to be used as a chemical weapon (most likely nerve agents as judged by the reaction of lab rabbits in the video) and threatening to use this chem weapon against civilians in Syria on a sectarian basis.

US Aggression in Syria to defend Obama's ego.

LA Times decribes the upcoming response to Syria’s supposed use of chemical weapons on their citizenry;

One U.S. official who has been briefed on the options on Syria said he believed the White House would seek a level of intensity “just muscular enough not to get mocked” but not so devastating that it would prompt a response from Syrian allies Iran and Russia.
“They are looking at what is just enough to mean something, just enough to be more than symbolic,” he said.

 Now the world knows that this is about defending the touchy ego of the American president - even at the cost of lives and billions of dollars that the US has to borrow.  This would be ridiculous if it weren't insanely tragic.

It's not about the Syrians who were most likely gassed by the so-called rebels.  It's about saving the face of a sensitive diva in the WH.
