Without sealing those up, Obama will be exposed as ineligible to become president to begin and cause massive ramifications about the validity of his executive orders. That is why Democrats want to seal it up.

Furthermore, his involvement in Fast & Furious, Benghazi & the CT Slaughter of the Innocents will be discovered as criminal and require punishment.

So, this law does not benefit justice. It will cover crimes and let the criminal slide.
