Obamacare is a joke of a law if it cannot be applied universally.  The waivers also shows how it kills jobs.  It will now be the individuals who cannot negotiate for exemptions to bear the brunt of this socialized medicine through increases in premiums and taxes.  I wonder what the WH got in return.
