In God's image - for a purpose.

We are created in God's image because we have freedom & higher intellectual abilities that we makes us capable of connecting, comprehending and relating with our Maker. Too often, these abilities are wasted in trivialities, pastimes & entertainment that distract & derail us from that profound, awesome experience of the Divine. To counter it, we need to shut down & turn off all the noise & fanfare and retreat to a quiet place to spend time with the Lord. St. Francis de Sales teaches that we need at least 30 minutes of conversing with the Lord everyday and 1 HOUR if we are busy.
