On September 23, 2010 the author filmed a public "Meet and Greet" and speech by ex-Governor John Kitzhaber. Approximately 10 minutes into the speech the moderator informs the public not to film. He continues to to film as it is his First Amendment Right. He was assaulted as shown on the video.
