From a philosophical view, one can assume the concept of God is universal and abstract generic godly qualities e.g. omnipotence, omniscience et. al. Consequently, one can conclude intuitively that the Muslim, Jewish and Christian God is one and the same.
Islam however is not theodicy, the philosophy of god. Islam portray a god with qualities that are alien to the Jewish and Christian God e.g. the Christian God is Love and Truth but the Muslim god is a deceiver and nothing about love.
