If the states can legislate that one does not have to buy insurance under Obamacare, can it also legislate the same about federal taxes?  The case being made here is that the Constitution does not support that type of taxation.  No wonder this clip got 3 million views.  But what if it were true?  Is seems impractical to enforce but that is not a justification to perpetuate an unlawful practice.
