Russians are the ones without the shirt.  Everyone must learn to fight the Islamists this way.  Unfortunately, the West simply succumbs to appeasement for fear of being accused of racism.

The President is on track to submit the latest budget in history. Each of his previous budget submissions never balanced. We agree with his talk of cutting wasteful spending and producing a responsible budget, but he can't walk the walk.
