Judge mocks Obama’s ‘accommodation’ proposal on contraception mandate 

Excerpt. Judge Brian Cogan mocked the “accommodation” on religion liberty outlined by President Obama in regards to his health care law’s contraception mandate while ruling against a Justice Department motion to dismiss the Archdiocese of New York’s lawsuit against the regulation. “There is no, ‘Trust us, changes are coming’ clause in the Constitution,” Cogan wrote in his ruling against DOJ. “To the contrary, the Bill of Rights itself, and the First Amendment in particular, reflect a degree of skepticism towards governmental self-restraint and self-correction.” Cogan was referring to the fact that Obama’s promise to accommodate the concerns of religiously-affiliated institutions that would have provide free contraception.

-- comment Obama's promises like those with Stupak gave him a credibility problem. Furthermore, in a court of law, his word is worth even less. It is mind boggling in its naivete or malice what this administration tries to get away with. What is more astonishing is how people let him slide. But not this judge. It is about time.

A glass box then appears with two rabbits inside, with a poster on the wall behind it reading The Almighty Wind Brigade (Kateebat A Reeh Al Sarsar). A person wearing a lab mask then mixes chemicals in a beaker in the glass box, and we see some gas emitting from the beaker. About a minute later, the rabbits start to have random convulsions and then die. The person says: You saw what happened? This will be your fate, you infidel Alawites, I swear by ALLAH to make you die like these rabbits, one minute only after you inhale the gas. Judging from the rabbits’ reaction, the gas must be a nerve agent. The number of containers, if not a bluff, indicates ability to produce a considerable amount of this gas. Deployment could be by means of a smoke generator placed in the target area, an explosion, possibly a suicide one, of a ”chemmed” car, or simply by using a humidifier. This alarming video poses many serious questions: Who is this brigade? What will NATO’s reaction be if this was proven to be a rebel group? Is this going to be used a false alarm in a pretext to justify war against Syria? How did these chemicals reach this brigade? Is Tekkim or the Turkish Government going to comment on this? How is this related to the defeat of rebel fighters in the airport battle? Questions left unanswered at the moment, until we see more of what is likely to be a horrific chapter of the Syrian conflict. ---comments These are the muslims supported by the Obama administration, the rebels, who are the one's testing chem weapons on rabbits. These rebels plan to use these against Christian civilians. We need to stop Obama from supporting and defending these animals- and I don't mean the rabbits.


The was most likely done by the Syrian rebels themselves to get the US involved.  muslims have been known to inflict these horrendous war crimes on civilians.  Just look at what they did to the Armenians.

Obama's debt ridden America has become an unwanted business partner in prosperous Asia. Obama went to sell a US plan but was snubbed and even kicked out in quite a humbling way. America has become a nobody under Obama. Even if Obama raises the debt limit, it won't matter because no one will be willing to lend. Even if the US is willing to pay high interest, nations see the dysfunctional government spending and know that the US won't be able to afford to pay the loan. Printing worthless dollars won't work. This is what happens when you put a person like Obama in charge.

I refer to the November 20 announcement at a summit meeting in Phnom Penh that 15 Asian nations, comprising half the world's population, would form a Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership excluding the United States. President Barack Obama attended the summit to sell a US-based Trans-Pacific Partnership excluding China. He didn't. The American led-partnership became a party to which no-one came. Instead, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, plus China, India, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand, will form a club and leave out the United States. ...

To accept Obama as president is to be part of the deception.

Democrats say the elections are over and we must accept the process and get with the program. I say the elections are invalid because of fraud. For some reason, the GOP decided not to contest the results - probably because of futility. Some can live with injustice and fool themselves by doing so. Some can accept fraud and enable the wrong doers by doing so. In the next 4 years, I will stand in opposition to this crime and will not be party to it by surrendering the truth. Obama did not win these elections; he stole them.

White folks don't protest being robbed for fear of being called racist? Their election was stolen.

If someone stole from you, would you mind? It is becoming evident that black people have stolen the election and yet there is no protest. I don't get it. People are more concerned about being called racist that they give their future away to thieves.

Obama's budget proposal got 0 votes in Congress. Pelosi calls it "Excellent"

Pelosi: The President Put Forth an ‘Excellent Proposal’ -- Got 0 Votes http://bit.ly/VwBWoF President Obama’s fiscal year 2013 budget, which would have added $6.4 trillion in new deficits over 10 years, received zero votes in Congress. The House defeated the budget 414-0 in March, while the Senate struck it down 99-0 in May. The budget included additional stimulus spending and raising taxes on upper-income earners. However Pelosi said Obama’s budget for 2013, which got zero votes in Congress, Democrat or Republican, was “an excellent proposal.” She's either using CA standards or smoking some Choom from Hawaii. Nonetheless, such statements must not be taken lightly and Pelosi should explain how a budget that go ZERO votes was an "excellent proposal". Call her office and ask. Could be fun.
