Dr. Rubinstein asserts that Obama supports the destruction of Israel because the creation of this state has been a historical mistake. If this dismantling should occur, the result will not be Jews and Muslims coexisting in Palestine. Rather, it will be the annihilation of the Jews because Islam has a built-in opposition adn aversion to Jewish people. This is in their Koran and carried on as tradition in their history of conquests. Consequently, Obama's position is nothing less than paving the way to another Holocaust. Therefore, it becomes a moral imperative for any person of conscience and goodwill to oppose this as an inherent evil. Dr. Richard L. Rubinstein, author of "Jihad and Genocide", Harvard Phd, Yale fellow, "Distinguished Professor of the Year", and Harvard Phd, states that president Obama's intention is to "correct the historical mistake of the creation of the state of Israel." Dr. Rubenstein states that president Obama due to his family heritage is extremely pro Muslim - to the point of "wanting to see the destruction of Israel."

As a Catholic and an American I have to wonder why I should be expected to help the Israelis hang on to their stolen land? Palestine is the last European colonial out-post and the Israelis have no more legitimate claim to it than the French had to Algeria or the British to India. Every Arab hates the U.S. because of our support of Israeli imperialism and THAT is the cause of this so-called “War on Terror.”
Secondly, Israel is doomed. In another ten years they will be out-numbered by Palestinians, and in another twenty there will be more Arab CITIZENS of Israel than Jews and they will simply vote away Israel’s status as a Zionist state.
If the President were really smart, he would simply tell the Israelis the game is over and offer them all asylum in the U.S. if they would abandon their Zionist imperialism.
IMHO, they have as much right to Palestine as anyone there. So, the land is not stolen. It's their home.
Putting aside the issue of who has a right to Palestine, there are still a few problems to be dealt with.
1] What do you want to do with the Palestinians? Kick them out? Send them off in box-cars to the East?
2] What about the Palestinians who are Israeli citizens? Do you propose taking their citizenship away and shipping them off too?
3] And if you don't get rid of the Palestinians who are Israeli citizens, then the game will be over soon enough, when they will simply out-vote the Jewish Israelis and bring an end to the Zionist state.
4] And even if the Jews "deserve" Palestine, and even if they were to solve their Palestinian problem with mass deportations, how is that our concern? We don't seem to think we need to help other ethnic groups establish or maintain their own states like the Kurds in Irak or the Albanians in Kosovo.
You've raised valid questions. I offer my opinion on the last i.e. helping the Jewish people keep their state from getting dismantled by Obama. It comes out of my sense of solidarity with them on many levels. They stand out more than any other persecuted group because of history as well as the fact that they are specially targeted. Granting them political asylum does not guarantee their safety specially with the Islamization of the USA and the rabid hostility of the Islamic faith against the Jewish people.
"Rabid hostility of the Islamic faith against the Jewish people." I don't think so, I see a rabid hatred of Zionism. And both sides are guilty of this: criticize Zionism, and you will be called "anti-semitic."
Plenty of groups have been persecuted (the Nazis had it worse for Romany) but have the Jews ever been persecuted in the U.S.A.? They would certainly be better off here than in a Palestinian dominated Israel.
You want to stop the "Islamization of the USA?" Okay — close the borders, let in the zionists, and bring blacks into the mainstream of American life so that they don't become Islamic!
Interesting thoughts to stop the spread of Islam specially "bring blacks into the mainstream of American life". I agree about the Muslims' hatred of Zionism. But their very Koran speaks hatefully of non-Muslims. And one cannot ignore the doctrine of jihad. If you view a few of the views here about that, you'll see. They pretend to be peaceful but once they dominate, then the fangs come out.
