I lived in the area. I recognise some of the street scenes in this video and walked through these crowds. These guys are serious. Seriously dangerous and wanting to build their own mini-country within a country, to be held outside of the laws of the land they immigrated to.
I echo the statements of those reacting to the vigilante group and support the actions of the borough. Creating one's laws to echo a homeland's law - thereby bypassing and overriding local laws is unacceptable and must not be tolerated by the real government.
