Panthers, Klan and Patriots to party at Mall this Summer?

The New Black Panther Party  (If video fails, go to http://divine-ripples.blogspot.com/2010/07/panthers-klansmen-and-patriots-to-party.html )  ( BTW, has anyone seen a panther that is not black? )

The New Black Panther Party plans to attend a Tea Party Event at the Mall this August.  In a video,  their leader puts themselves at the same level as the Tea Party.  That's apples and oranges.  Anyone who's been at a Tea Party knows that we're nothing like the Panthers.  Just look at us below.

The Tea Party Patriots

If I were to find a group that matches the panthers' attitudes and methods, then White Supremacist groups & the KKK come to mind. I wonder if these guys plan to be there as well.

The Klan

Abp. McElroy favors political correctness over faithful discipline in SF

I doubt if the newly appointed auxialiary bishop of San Fran will deny Holy Communion from  Nancy Pelosi  anytime soon.  From his earlier commetns, this Harvard & Stanford grad deems it more damaging to impose its discipline on pro-abort politicians than just to let it go.  The perception that the church is using it as a weapon and being a tool of the GOP will make others question the objectiveness and truthfulness of her proclamation.  IMHO - if the Church censors herself by word or action, then she already ceases to be an objective voice of truth.  She may not appear to be a tool of the GOP but she unwitting became a supporter of  the Democrats because silence is consent.  In making pastoral decisions, I think the worldly considerations should take a back seat to the proclamation of God's Word - in and out of season, be it popular or not.  And if discipline is required as Pope Benedict directed, the bishop must come out swinging his staff to keep the wolves from tearing apart the flock.  Abp. McElroy must not have read that directive yet or think himself to know better.  I may be wrong and I certain hope I am.

SAN FRANCISCO, July 6, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The newly-appointed auxiliary bishop of San Francisco has in the past criticized Catholic Church policy disallowing politicians who promote abortion from receiving Holy Communion, saying that such a move makes the Church appear too "partisan," "Republican" and "coercive."

In his column, McElroy began by noting that "the theological starting point for those who advocate eucharistic sanctions is a sound one," inasmuch as the support of Catholic leaders for "abortion rights" represents a scandal and "a major failure in church life."...  Citing the Church's traditionally prudential handling of scandal, the monsignor claimed that the benefits of denying Communion are "heavily outweighed" by other considerations, such as that the move would be "perceived by Americans ... as coercive" and make abortion appear to be a "sectarian Catholic issue."  "The imposition of eucharistic sanctions solely on candidates who support abortion legislation will inevitably transform the church in the United States, in the minds of many, into a partisan, Republican-oriented institution," he wrote.

"It does not matter that eucharistic sanctions would be fully within the legitimate moral and civil rights of the church to adopt, and that those who have attacked them as a violation of the separation of church and state are totally in error in their understanding of the constitutional tradition of the United States," wrote McElroy. "What does matter enormously is that Americans will in general recoil from the use of the Eucharist as a political weapon, and will reassess their overall opinion of the church’s role in the political order."

Vatican 2 Church as community failed in US public square

Vatican II made Catholics realize that they are the people of God, a community of faith.  This people aspect emphasized human rights,  justice and peace.  This is exemplified in the photo that shows how the Church has stepped up to block tanks and troops and avert a civil war in the Philippines back in the 70s.

Today, there is still an assault to justice and peace as the human rights of unborn children keep getting violated every day.  More than 60 million have been slaughtered in the US alone.  But where is the Church?

During the past elections, the Church left it to the conscience of the individual to decide whether to vote for pro-aborts of not.  What happened to the community;  why is now up to individuals?  And what about standing up for the rights of people - even if they are in the womb?

But it is as if Vatican II never happened as the Church failed to stand as a people to defend justice and peace.  It failed because of unfaithful bishops, priests and nuns who supported Obama and the Democrats  As a people, the Church has been dispersed by lies of fake Catholic groups and religious who blurred the Church's teachings as well as the candidates immoral stances.  The community of believers have been infiltrated, divided and mislead by other commmunity organizers.  The real community organizers of the Church were focused elsewhere.

Now the leaders of the Church are facing another opportunity to lead God's people in the public square as the November elections approach.  Will they rise to the challenge or will they succumb to the false prophets and dissidents that support abortion pols?

Video: Successful school experiment (not Obama scholars)

There is hope for public education in the US as shown by the New Orleans experiment. It boils down to a somewhat privatization of the system that forces quality to thrive in a competitive system.

Video description:
Before hurricane Katrina ravaged the city in 2005, New Orleans had one of the worst performing public school districts in the nation. Katrina forced nearly a million people to leave their homes and caused almost $100 billion in damages. To an already failing public school system, the storm seemed to provide the final deathblow. But then something amazing happened. In the wake of Katrina, education reformers decided to seize the opportunity and start fresh with a system based on choice.

Today, New Orleans has the most market-based school system in the US. Sixty percent of New Orleans students currently attend charter schools, test scores are up, and talented and passionate educators from around the country are flocking to New Orleans to be a part of the education revolution. It's too early to tell if the New Orleans experiment in school choice will succeed over the long term, but for the first time in decades people are optimistic about the future of New Orleans schools.

Video: Islamic dominance resulting from abortion, birth control, homosexual acts et. al.

I won't be alive if and when this happens in the states.  But it will be hell on earth.  If people will keep aborting their young, engaging in homosexual activities and beastiality, then hell will be unleashed in the form of Islamic Sharia law.  I wonder if they will legislate plucking out eyeballs of those who watch porn and cutting off the hands of those who masturbate.  But they do cut off the hands of those who steal and bash the skulls of women who fornicate today.

People have a choice, to do the right thing now for the love of God or cower under the laws of Islam later for fear of torture, amputation or death.

On the side, I wonder if this is the reason why the pro-Muslim administration is promoting abortion.

The false value of inefficiency.

Would you raise capital by getting a second mortgage to start a business; then, run it in such an inefficient way that it is doomed to fail within a few years? It sounds absurd and ludicrous but government officials think it’s a good model as long as the enterprise creates jobs – even for a short time.

It is like a road project that purposely chooses a manual intensive operation instead of using heavy equipment. Instead of steam rollers, people pound the ground with stumps. There are no tractors, just shovels and picks. So, the roads costs 3 times as much, takes 3 times longer to finish and is 3 times weaker than one built with machines. On the other hand, it employed 10 times more people. And that is the benefit of waste and inefficiency.

That is how the stimulus money ran out without jump starting the economy. Instead, that money could have been used to encourage private businesses; those plan to stay around by being profitable. Businesses run operations tightly and watch every penny so there may not be much employment immediately. However, as the business thrives, it expands and as it does, continue to hire more. But it takes time.

For those who care about a lasting recovery, then this is the way to go. It may not show quick and dramatic results; but, the results will be real. For those who care about appearances and popular support, then putting the stimulus money is wasteful products will achieve their aim. By the time elections come around, the people who were employed temporarily would reelect those officials to come up with more inefficient projects. But sooner or later, the country will run out of money just like an entrepreneur who has to close shop and lose their home and possessions used as collateral. But that will be down the road many years from now and the politicians who would destroy this country will be long retired on fat pensions and benefits. I guess they don’t care about their children and grandchildren.

When women fail - in Judaism, Christianity and Islam

Judaism:  the prophet Hosea was directed to forgive his adulterous wife.

"Hosea receives an unusual instruction from God: Go, take a harlot wife and harlot’s children, for the land gives itself to harlotry, turning away from the LORD. So he went and took Gomer, the daughter of Diblaim (Hosea 1:2)   At some point, though the text does not specify when or under what circumstances, Hosea’s wife Gomer, leaves him for a lover and enters into an adulterous relationship with him. We can only imagine Hosea’s pain and likely anger at this rejection. The text remains silent as to Hosea, but as we shall see, God’s reaction is well attested.  After some unspecified period of time God instructs Hosea: Give your love to a woman beloved of a paramour, an adulteress; Even as the LORD loves the people of Israel, though they turn to other gods and are fond of raisin cakes (Hosea 3:1) Now, while the quoted text is not clear to specify that this is the same woman he is to love, the overall context of chapters 1-3 of Hosea demand that this is the same unfaithful wife, Gomer. God tells Hosea to redeem, to buy back Gomer and re-establish his marital bonds with her. Hosea has to pay a rather hefty price indeed to purchase her back from her paramour: So I bought her for fifteen pieces of silver and a homer and a lethech of barley. (Hosea 3:2) The willingness of her paramour to “sell her back” indicates quite poetically that the apparent love of the world and all false lovers, is not a real love at all. It is for sale to the highest bidder. Prior to restoring her to any intimacy a period of purification and testing will be necessary: Then I said to her: “Many days you shall wait for me; you shall not play the harlot Or belong to any man; I in turn will wait for you.” (Hosea 3:3) "
